These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) are provided by Márton Donát e.v. These terms apply to use of the website and demo; paid projects are governed by a separate agreement. The register is maintained by the Hungarian National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).

Use of Services

The following uses of the website and demo are prohibited:

  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
  • Interfere with the operation of our services
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code

Intellectual Property Rights

Copyright protects works that meet the legal requirements. HYDROX reserves only the rights it actually holds; third-party and client materials retain their respective owners’ rights. Published content may be viewed for evaluation. Other use is governed by applicable licences, agreements and mandatory legal exceptions. Ideas and concepts as such are not protected by copyright.

Disclaimers

The website and AI demo provide general information. AI answers may be incomplete or incorrect; the accepted agreement determines a project’s scope, price and deadlines. This information does not replace legal, medical or other professional advice and does not exclude mandatory statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

Liability is governed by applicable law and the relevant project agreement. These website terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Rights and lawful use

Only submit materials you are entitled to use for the relevant purpose. These website terms do not impose an unlimited indemnity; project liability and usage rights are handled under applicable law and the separate agreement.

Termination

Demo access may be restricted for abuse or security reasons. Termination of a paid project, payment for completed work and refunds are governed by the separate agreement and mandatory law.

Governing Law

Hungarian law governs these website terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and other applicable rights.

Website in one day service

We deliver the first review-ready MVP within one working day after the brief, required materials and alignment call are complete. Live launch also depends on payment, the domain and the required setup.

Changes to Terms

Changes to website terms are indicated by the updated date. A change does not itself override an accepted project agreement or mandatory law.

Prices and projects

60,000 HUF is the starting price for the initial focused, responsive MVP build. Baseline hosting is 10,000 HUF per month and may vary with the required setup. The final proposal confirms scope, tax treatment and one-time or recurring charges.

Scope of these terms

These terms cover use of the website and demo. Paid projects have separately agreed scope, fees, tax treatment, handover, usage rights, support and termination conditions in a proposal and agreement. Viewing the website or taking a free consultation is not itself an order. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

Mandatory rights and complaints

Where consumer rules apply, you must receive the applicable price, performance, complaint and withdrawal or termination information before contracting. One-day delivery does not itself remove mandatory rights. Send project complaints to [email protected]; this does not limit access to competent authorities, dispute-resolution bodies or courts.

  • Where consumer-protection rules apply, send complaints to [email protected] or the operator’s postal address published above. Include your name, contact details, the service concerned, the problem and the requested resolution.
  • A written consumer complaint must receive a substantive, reasoned reply within 30 days, and the complaint and reply must be retained for three years. A rejection must explain the reasons and identify the applicable authority or conciliation board and its contact details.
  • After attempting direct settlement, eligible consumers may request free conciliation. Businesses are required to cooperate. The board for the consumer’s residence or place of stay normally has jurisdiction, but another eligible board may be requested.
  • The board for the operator’s registered territory is Pest Vármegyei Békéltető Testület: 1055 Budapest, Balassi Bálint utca 25, 4th floor, door 2; mailing address: 1364 Budapest, PO Box 81; phone: +36 1 792 7881; email: [email protected]; website: https://www.panaszrendezes.hu/.
